At Magnifi-Scents, customer satisfaction and product integrity are of utmost importance. Due to the nature of fragrance decants and samples, the following policy applies.
Final Sale Policy
All fragrance decants and samples are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has shipped. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, authenticity, and quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the original packaging with authenticity seal intact
Once reviewed, an appropriate resolution will be offered. This may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for review.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Magnifi-Scents is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please use the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for checking fragrance notes and ingredients prior to purchase. Magnifi-Scents is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction due to personal preference.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
